NURSING STUDENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

A program established in 1982 to provide financial assistance to Oklahoma nursing students pursuing LPN, ADN, BSN, or MSN degrees. The scholarship loan is repaid by practicing nursing in Oklahoma, with emphasis placed on rural communities. Between 250-300 nursing students receive scholarship loans each year. From its inception, over 5,259 nursing students have received scholarship awards.
